1. Integrators (SSE, Tech Lead, Sr. Tech Lead: - 3 – 10 Yrs):

Mandatory Skills Sets :

- B.E. (computer Science) / M.C.A Graduates.

- Good knowledge of DTV/STB domain, MPEG-2, and DVB Standards (DVB - S / C) and RTOS.

- Good understanding and experience of software development processes.

- Good C/C programming skills.

- Good Troubleshooting skills and attention for detail.

- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated S/W Integration experience on the STB.

- Minimum three years of hands on experience in C/C based STB S/W development (Drivers / Middleware / Applications).

- Experience of technically leading a successful integration team of 5 – 10 people.

- Familiarity with build system(s), configuration management tool (s), Debugging & Profiling tools.

Other Skill Sets( ve) :

- Experience in formulating STB Integration strategy/plan.

- Experience of working in large multi site projects with people from different cultures.

2. STB Developers (2-6 years)

Yrs of exp : 3.1 – 4.5 Yrs
Position : SSE
Mandatory Skills set:
· Excellent C programming Skills

· Should have middleware development experience of STB

· DVB working knowledge.
