Required In depth knowledge of Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) versions 7.6, 7.5, 7.2. Worked in GVP Network, Enterprise & Dev editions of the above versions. Setup & config of GVP for inbound & outbound processes. Knowledge of configuring GVP behind-the-switch & in-front of switch. Worked on Outbound notification (OBN). Knowledge of VXML preferred. Good understanding of web server for porting GVP applications. Configuration of web server, policy manager. Working knowledge of Genesys CTI solution preferred. Good understanding of Nuance ASR & TTS engines.
